I have 6 months from date of purchase to complete my online training and successfully complete practical and written assessments without incurring additional fees. 

If this program isn't a good fit for me, I understand I may request a partial refund before the completion of Module 6 AND within 30 days of my purchase. If I have accessed Module 7 or have gone over 30 days since my purchase, I understand Muscle Tuners International Inc. will not grant a refund. If I meet the above criteria, a refund will be granted less an administrative fee of $350 CDN.

I acknowledge it is recommended I maintain Professional Liability Insurance as long as I work as a Muscle Tuner® Specialist. 

I will not utilize the trademark: Muscle Tuner® Specialist before demonstrating specific professional standards have been achieved AND entering into a trademark license agreement with Muscle Tuners International Inc.
